Use of the wellness area with pool and saunas is included in the rate – just as it should be.
If you’d like to reserve it for the exclusive use of you and your sweetheart, just ask us. It’s worth every cent!

Do you want to travel with your four-legged friend? No problem! But please note that we charge a daily fee of €25.00 for dogs that weigh up to 15kg, and a fee of €35.00 per day (without food) for dogs that weigh 15kg or more.
We ask our guests to understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the wellness area. In the bar area your four-legged friend is welcome to keep you company.

When you confirm your booking, we’ll ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rate.

Check-in: On your day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 p.m.
Late check-in: Are you thinking of arriving after 7 p.m.? Please let us know in advance!

Check-out: On your day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m.
Late check-out: Would you like to postpone your departure and stay a little longer? It’s possible, of course, depending on availability and for a fee of €80.00 per room.

No one wants to have unforeseen problems right at the last moment, but what happens if you do? Find out with Olangerhof’s cancellation policy:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 40% of the total booking rate
• Up to 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 60% of the total booking rate
• Up to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking rate

Easy, right? But of course, we hope that everything goes according to plan: that you arrive and we can give you a warm welcome here at Olangerhof!

A bottle of fine wine, a bouquet of flowers, or a birthday cake (for a fee)? Leave it to us! Because little gestures create magic moments.

The room rate includes half board – but full enjoyment!

Have you left without your snowshoes and hiking poles? Good thinking! You can just rent them from us here at Olangerhof (for a fee).

Want to work up a sweat on the treadmill, lift a few weights, or do a spot of stretching? You’re in luck: You can do all that in our gym featuring the latest Technogym equipment! Working out whenever and however you’d like from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. is included in the rate.

Does your car need an energy boost? Then hook it up to our charging station for electric cars.

Inside or out? There are two options: park for free out in the fresh air or in our garage for a fee. Either way, your car will be safe and sound!
