How does the 4=3 offer work?
Arrive on 13 September 2026, stay four nights and check out on 17 September.
You'll only pay for three nights; the complimentary night is already included in your booking.
More time in the mountains. Less on the bill.

Is the offer available for every room?
No. The promotion is available only for the first five rooms booked.
Once they're booked, the offer ends.

Can I change the travel dates?
No. The offer is valid exclusively for stays from 13 to 17 September 2026, with check-in and check-out on the dates shown.

How does the complimentary room upgrade work?
If a higher room category is available when you arrive, we'll happily upgrade your stay free of charge.

Is the spa included?
Yes. Access to our wellness area, saunas and Rooftop Crystal Pool is included throughout your stay.
After a hike, a bike ride or simply a day spent in the fresh mountain air, there's hardly a better place to unwind. Especially at 1,850 metres above sea level.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Of course. Just let us know before your arrival and our kitchen team will be happy to prepare suitable alternatives for you.

Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome at the Olangerhof.
Our wellness area is designed as a silent area, while the surrounding meadows, forests and mountains offer endless space to explore, play and enjoy nature.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, upon request and subject to confirmation.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant during meal times and should remain in the room while you dine.

What if I need to cancel?
To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with a full refund of your deposit.
• 29–15 days before arrival: 40% cancellation fee.
• 14–8 days before arrival: 60% cancellation fee.
• From 7 days before arrival, as well as in the case of late arrival or early departure, 80% of the unused booked services will be charged.
