Is the spa included?

Yes.

Our Wellness & Spa is included throughout your stay.

After a day in the mountains, unwind in the panoramic pool, relax in one of our three saunas or treat yourself to a soothing massage.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Of course.

Simply let us know before your arrival if you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences. Our kitchen team will be happy to prepare suitable alternatives.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely.

Families with children of all ages are warmly welcome.

Please note that our wellness area is a Silent Area, designed for peace and relaxation. When it's time to run, play and explore, the mountains, forests and meadows just outside the hotel become the perfect playground.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome upon request and subject to confirmation.

During meal times, we kindly ask that dogs remain in your room, as they are not permitted in the restaurant.

• Dogs up to 15 kg: €25 per day
• Dogs over 15 kg: €35 per day

Dog food is not included.

What is your cancellation policy?

• A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with a full refund of your deposit.
• 29–15 days before arrival: 40% of the total stay.
• 14–8 days before arrival: 60% of the total stay.
• From 7 days before arrival, as well as in the case of late arrival or early departure, 80% of the unused booked services will be charged.
